At National Galvanising Industries we offer a full range of hot dip galvanising services from processing structural steel and fabricated sections to centrifuging small components.

Single Dip Capacity

The structural galvanising sizes for single dipping are:

Length: 10.2 metres
Width: 1.5 metres
Depth: 2.6 metres



Our experienced staff are available to assist with any technical enquiries, including design, venting, draining and performance of hot dip galvanised coatings.

Special Services

For an added fee we also offer 24 hour Quicksilver and 72 hour Galfast services on consultation with our customer service officer.

Steelwork must be delivered before 12pm to be completed by 12pm the following day for Quicksilver, or 12pm 3 days later for Galfast.

Please advise if you require either of these special services on your purchase order/delivery docket.


A transport service for pick up and delivery is available. Please contact our despatch department for availability and information.

Monday – Thursday 6:00am to 3:00pm
Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm

PO/Delivery Docket

To allow NGI to process your work efficiently and control as per our QA Policy we require all work delivered for galvanising to be accompanied by a detailed Purchase Order. The PO is to identify:

  • Quote Number
  • Customer details
  • Items
  • Main steel size
  • Material thickness
  • Quantity
  • If special services required (Quicksilver or Galfast)
  • Any special requirements
